It’s quite unique when compared to other organizations in the packaging industry, as rather than focusing on every issue its partners face, the PPEC focuses solely on environmental and sustainability concerns. Representing over 90% of the packaging mills and packaging converters in Canada, the PPEC operates under one voice to successfully lobby governmental bodies and agencies, and to network and coordinate with other industry-related organizations. Its forward-thinking goals, experienced representatives and committed membership allows the PPEC to develop and implement practical solutions to environmentally related issues the industry faces.
