Packaging Distributors of America is seeking a dynamic Executive Director/President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and value for our members.

As chief executive officer, you will:

✅ Provide strategic leadership aligned with our mission
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations, finances, and programs
✅ Foster strong relationships and work with members, suppliers and the board
✅ Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-impact programs

What we’re looking for:

🔹 A visionary leader who can develop and execute strategic plans
🔹 Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
🔹 Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
🔹 Experience in association management preferred
🔹 A passion for building community and delivering value to Members and Suppliers
🔹 Experience with supplier and shareholder negotiations
🔹 Skilled facilitator and problem solver

Base compensation $150,000, plus incentive-based bonus program and benefits package
