Olivia Pietersen

Olivia Petersen is the Director of Marketing at SupplyOne Canada and co-creator of The Packaging Company, an award-winning online retailer. She led her team to win Most Disruptive Startup at the 2017 Canada Post E-commerce Innovation Awards.

Olivia spearheads the “Digital Marketing in Packaging” seminar for Packaging Distributors of America, earning the 2018 PDA President’s Award and a co-chair position on the PDA Member Council in 2022. She headlined the 2020 AICC E-commerce Xperience Conference, merging sustainability and practicality in online retail packaging.

Serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors with the Condominium Authority of Ontario, Olivia is pivotal in managing communication and compliance. She also mentors students at Toronto Metropolitan University and co-invented patent-pending e-commerce packaging optimization systems. Olivia holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guelph and additional qualifications from Humber College and Sheridan College.
